VALLEYGIRL TRAINEESHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

With over 60 stores country wide, Valleygirl appreciates the significance of staff training and learning in our workplace.

The Valleygirl Traineeship Development Program offers a structured training program leading to a recognised retail qualification. Upon completion of the program our trainees will have gained valuable knowledge and essential sales skills required to further a career in retail.

Our training providers come from an extensive background in the field of retail. Further to this - they are professional, friendly and dedicated to the needs of their trainees. Mentoring and guiding trainees throughout their course, our trainers ensure the best possible result for career advancement within the world of retail.

Full time or part time employees are eligible to apply for the program. Our courses have been designed with great flexibility, combining work experience with on the job training. The courses vary in duration, they can be completed as soon as six months or for as long as two years.
