Please note that the Valleygirl Online Store is now closed.
1. What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If you have made a purchase from our website and you are unsatisfied with the fit, design, colour or sizing, we will gladly exchange the goods within 4 weeks of the date your order was placed. This is under the provision that the goods are unworn, unwashed and all original tags are attached. Please note that exchanges are only offered at this time as credit notes are not available via online shopping.
Valleygirl DOES NOT refund unless product is faulty.
No exchange or refund on SALE Items.
Please note* Once you have paid for your online order, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- You found the same item cheaper elsewhere
- You chose the wrong colour or size

2. How do I make an exchange?
There are two options available if you wish to exchange your purchase:
a. You can bring the unworn, unwashed item to any participating Valleygirl store in Australia within 4 weeks of the date your order was placed. The original tags need to be attached to the item and you will need to bring your receipt and the credit card you used when placing the order. For store locations CLICK HERE.
b. Alternatively, you will need to send an email via the ‘Contact Us’- CLICK HERE to request a Returns/Exchange form. Your email will need to include the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Style number
- Reason for return

Whether you would like an exchange or a refund (if item is faulty)
Once you have received your Return/Exchange form via return email, please send the goods to be exchanged back to us along with a printout of your completed Return/Exchange form. You will also need to include a self addressed, pre paid parcel post bag so that we can return your new order to you
Please note* We do not provide the option of credit notes via online shopping. If you would like a credit note please head to your closest Valleygirl store. This procedure is to be followed for eligible returns or exchanges only and not to be followed if items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. What if apparel is faulty?
We will provide a full refund if any items are deemed faulty. There are two options available if item is faulty:
a. You can bring the faulty item to any participating Valleygirl store in Australia within a ‘reasonable time frame’. In order to obtain a refund you must have your receipt and the credit card you used when order was placed. For store locations CLICK HERE.
b. Alternatively, you will need to send an email via the ‘Contact Us’, CLICK HERE to request a Refund/ Faulty Items form. Your email will need to include the following information:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Style number
- Fault in item
- Whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Once you have received your Refund Faulty Items form via return email, please send the item back to us along with a printout of your completed Refund Faulty Items form. Once we receive your package we will assess the item and if deemed faulty your claim will be processed. Should you wish to obtain a refund we will issue the refund to the same credit card used for purchase.
