1. How much is delivery?

A flat rate of $10 will cover postage and handling for all online orders within Australia.

Valleygirl online orders will be shipped via TNT Couriers where a street address is supplied or via Australia Post when a PO Box is supplied. It is important to note that TNT Couriers (in most cases) require a signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately Valleygirl is not available to international customers.

Please Note* Norfolk Island shipping addresses are considered to be international and therefore we are currently unable to ship orders to this area at this time.

2. Can I have my order sent to me via Express Post or special delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to organise Express Post or special delivery for individual orders. All orders are processed and shipped via the methods described in this section only.

3. When can I expect my parcel?

You will receive your parcel within approximately 10 working days, depending on availability of stock.

4. Do I need to provide identification for large orders?
A customer representative will contact you if you have an order over $500. For security purposes you will be requested to provide identification such as a license and confirm credit card details.

5. Can I have my parcel delivered to a PO Box?

PO Boxes are not recommended, however Valleygirl will deliver to your PO Box if you do not have any alternative.
