1.Change of Mind

If you change your mind, Valleygirl will happily offer you an exchange or credit note if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in the original condition within 30 day of purchase with the original purchase receipt.

For any credit notes issued, there is a 1-year expiry from date of issue. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.

Valleygirl does not exchange jewellery, hair accessories, swimwear or underwear, if you have changed your mind for hygiene purposes.

2. Faulty Items

Refunds or exchanges will be provided with proof or purchase on faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
